In order to maintain the social stability and give full play to the social functions of lawyers in our firm, we recently appointed seven lawyers Yang Shu, Zhang Min, Yang Xu, Deng Xiaoying, Li Dan, He Xiaodong and Liu Xueyao in succession to give legal consulting on petition brought forward in Petition Reception Room of Sichuan Provincial Government.

During reception, lawyers from our firm patiently and carefully had made an analysis and replies to matters required by petitioners on legal grounds and proposed some advices and suggestions on how to settle the matters they require according to law based on laws and regulations involved. Besides, the petitioners were all informed by the lawyers that it will lose more than they gain to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of their own via radical measures, which to some extent avoids the occurrence of mass incidents.

For a long time, Tahota regards the construction of harmonious society as its duty, and always actively participates in various legal consultations on petition as the significant media between the government and the masses so as to help them out and exclude the difficulty and anxiety for the government, thus playing an important role in resolving social contradictions.
