On January 22, 2016, more than 40 lawyers whoexpert in foreign affairs and come from offices in Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing,Shanghai, Jinan, Kunming, Shenzhen and other places gathered in Chengdu toparticipate in the international business workshop and opening ceremony offoreign-related talent practice base of Law School ofSouthwestern University of Finance andEconomics (SWUFE).

The meeting was chaired by the director of Tahotainternational business department and senior partner Chunyan Ma. In the firstpart of the meeting, the deputy director of Tahota international businessdepartment Tiankui Zhang and Professor Lei Wang the assistant dean of School ofLaw of SWUFE together unveiled the nameplate of the foreign-related talentpractice base. Professor Wang Lei, on behalf of the School of Law of SWUFE, expressedheartfelt thanks to Tahota for the co-construction of the foreign-relatedtalent practice base. She also expressed her sincere hope of wishing foreignbusiness of Tahota to be better and better.

The second part of the meeting is an international business seminar.Ye Wu, Jianmin Gan, Daqing Fu, lawyers come from Shanghai, Chengdu andChongqing office had made a keynote speech named of Project Financing, Cross-BorderTransactions of Mergers and Acquisitions and Legal Issues on Disputes Related to Cross-Border Online E-CommerceExchange respectively. And then lawyers participated discussed andexchanged their ideas on relevant business issues.
